VTCT Level 3 Qualified Massage Therapist, Reflexologist and Aromatherapist

At Cheshire-based Weaver Therapies, I try to maintain a holistic approach to healthcare. Complementary therapies share a common principle, which is that the whole person needs to be treated to restore health and vitality. Therefore, I try to address ill health from not only a physical point of view but also a mental, emotional and spiritual one.

Whether you are looking for a body massage to ease the tensions of modern living and boost your immune system, a deep tissue massage to help with a sports or work-related injury, reflexology to balance your body and restore well-being, or aromatherapy for pain relief, digestive woes, hormonal imbalances and more, it is my passion to help you live a longer, happier, healthier life.

Please get in touch for a free consultation.

Body Massage

Body Massage/Swedish Massage is the systematic manipulation of soft tissues to establish or maintain good health. It is one of the most recognised techniques used for reducing anxiety, as well as helping to reduce muscular tension, improve circulation, remove toxins and boost the immune system.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage involves the application of direct sustained pressure to realign deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue, physically breaking down adhesions (bands of painful rigid tissue) in muscles, tendons and ligaments to relieve pain and restore normal movement.

Aromatherapy Massage

Aromatherapy massage aims to enhance your health and well-being through the targeted action of essential oils specially blended to meet your needs. It may help relieve symptoms associated with digestive imbalances, menopause, arthritis, sciatica, skin disorders, fatigue, depression and more.

Pregnancy Massage

This specially adapted massage can help you to relax and cope with the emotional and physical challenges your pregnancy may bring. Benefits include relief from back, hip and leg ache, reduction in swelling and easing labour pain. Postpartum massage can help speed recovery.

Indian Head Massage

Indian Head Massage is a relaxing holistic treatment which has been used in the practice of medicine called Ayurveda for over 1000 years. It uses acupressure massage on the head, face, neck and shoulders and aims to promote long life and balance the body’s energies.

Seated Chair Massage

This is a shorter massage which focusses on the back, neck and shoulders to relieve tension, reduce stress and leave you relaxed, rejuvenated and focused. This type of massage uses light to medium pressure and is carried out over your clothes without the use of oil or lotion.

Sinus Treatment

Sinus pain and congestion can be caused by seasonal allergies, colds and flu, nasal polyps or a deviated septum. This face, head and neck massage using pure essential oils aims to help relieve congestion, inflammation, facial pain, headaches and aid sleep.

Reflexology

Reflexology is a gentle non-invasive therapy that encourages the body to balance and heal itself. It involves applying finger/thumb pressure to specific point on the feet called reflexes which reflect the organs and structures of the body as well as your emotional health.

Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese healing art that was developed by Reiki Master Mikao Usui in Japan in the early 20th century. Energy healing works towards transforming and releasing energetic blockages which restrict our body’s natural flow of energy and cause dis-ease within the mind, body and soul.

Hopi Ear Candling

Ear candling (also known as thermo-auricular therapy) is a complementary therapy which aims to help symptoms associated with the ear, nose and throat. It involves places a hollow tube (or ‘candle’) made of beeswax, honey and herbs into the ear canal to warm, stimulate, balance and relax.

On-site Massages – Workplaces and Events

Our workplace massage therapies can help reduce stress and tension, raise energy levels and productivity, and reduce absenteeism. Seated massage is the perfect addition to many corporate and social events, often used as a promotional tool for exhibitions and product promotions. We can also provide massage and wellbeing zones at corporate away days, fetes, festivals and parties.

Gift Vouchers

Treat someone special to the gift of wellbeing – the perfect present for any occasion. Weaver Therapies gift vouchers can be issued at any value for the recipient to redeem against a treatment of their choice, or select a specific therapy to gift from my varied range of treatments.

Treatments and Pricing

During your initial consultation, we will discuss your medical history, lifestyle, any current physical ailments and/or emotional imbalances and together ensure that the treatment you have chosen is suitable for your needs.

I am happy to tailor bespoke treatment packages, combining therapies where appropriate and can offer monthly payment schemes as well as discounts for block bookings.

I will recommend a certain number of sessions together with frequency to meet your aims, but it is at your discretion which option you choose, and this can be discussed in your initial free consultation.

Natalie was both friendly and professional and put me at my ease immediately. I had a wonderful, relaxing massage (which is exactly what I’d requested). Natalie has great massage skills and is clearly knowledgeable. Her room is beautiful and very peaceful too. Highly recommended!

About me

Hi, I’m Natalie, the owner of Weaver Therapies. As a VTCT Level 3 Massage Therapist, Reflexologist and Aromatherapist, I can apply a range of therapies to holistically meet your needs. My garden studio in Kingsmead, Northwich provides a calm and tranquil space for you to relax and heal.

After gaining a BSc (Hons) Health Sciences: Adult Nursing at the University of Surrey in 2002, I worked as a Staff Nurse in both medical and surgical specialities for 5 years. I then took a break from nursing to set up a property business and start a family. 10 years later I sold the business and followed my dream of returning to healthcare in a more holistic capacity.

I completed the VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Complementary Therapies through the Manchester School of Massage in 2019. I am a fully insured member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), a member of the Association of Reflexologists and International Federation of Professional Aromatherapists. I have completed short courses in Pregnancy Massage, Deep Tissue Techniques, and Thai Massage.

The knowledge and experience gained during my nursing career have been invaluable in my work as a therapist, allowing me to understand the needs of clients with a range of medical conditions and adapt my services and aftercare accordingly. I have a keen interest in competitive sports, women’s health and palliative care.

Your well-being is my passion.
